Hi there!

I’m Dr. Carolyn Moyers

I am a Board Certified OBGYN and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (NMM) physician and the founder and CEO of Sky Women’s Health.

The practice was born out of a desire to practice medicine authentically using all my training and practical experience to serve women as a whole person. Mind - body - spirit.

The practice includes:

1)Boutique gynecology for the busy woman who wants on time, in depth, quality care.

2) Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) for women. Who better then an OBGYN with 10 years of experience to offer hands-on drug free solutions for back and pelvic pain? Our real niche is helping pregnant people have a joyful pregnancy and enjoy their newborn on their own terms.

EDUCATE. EMPOWER. INSPIRE.

Dr. Moyers is a native Texan, wife and mom to four boys, who is passionate about women's health, motherhood and family. She understands the chaos, the joy and the life balance we all chase.

My Story

I spent five years in private practice, perfecting my craft and pushing myself for excellence. After the birth of my third son, I had stepped away from full-time work. I remember sitting in the nursery—my newborn at the breast, my toddler pulling out toys—when my husband received an unexpected job offer. “Take it,” I told him. “I want time with my little ones.”

At that point, I felt like I was always disappointing someone—my patients, my kids, my spouse, myself. Stepping back gave me time to honor what I needed. For the next three years, I worked very part-time as an OB hospitalist and medical director. But in the system’s eyes, less volume meant less value. I was told I’d need to be proctored, as if years of experience no longer counted.

I returned full time, building a gynecology program for a hormone clinic, then working as a hospitalist in a high-volume center.

And yet—the truth was none of it lit me up like private practice once had. I wanted more. I was tired of being told I wasn’t enough.

Do I join a local group? Do we move out of state? I considered every possibility. But the thought that echoed in my mind was: “It’s hard to be brave when you’re so tired.”

Maybe you’ve felt that too—stuck, overworked, paralyzed, or just aware of a nagging feeling that something more is waiting for you.

Over the last several years, I immersed myself in learning and growth—reading voraciously, listening to podcasts, sitting at the table with mentors, joining masterminds, attending conferences and coaching programs, even EntreMD Business School. Along the way, I found my path forward. I became an entrepreneur, blending my passion for women’s health with a vision for something different: care that empowers women to thrive through every stage of life, especially perimenopause, menopause, and sexual health.

Now, I help women cut through the noise, drop the self-doubt, and take imperfect but powerful steps forward. Because when you start moving toward your goals—even one small step at a time—it snowballs.
